Use Fusio to manage company agendas, records and processes. Common ones such as projects, tasks, attendance, document templates and many more. Or specific ones unique to your company. Fusio will fully replace your existing records kept in excel spreadsheets, on paper or in single-purpose applications.

In Fusio you can fully define your own agendas and use only the modules you need. Internal processes that are specific to your company can be solved by configuration and we can also connect Fusio to your systems.

With Fusio, you don’t have to compromise between a custom-built application with high acquisition and maintenance costs and a “boxed solution” at a lower cost but with minimal customization.

You can handle standard agenda editing yourself, quickly and without much cost. It’s not complicated.

Fusio is designed so that users don’t have to learn a new environment or figure out how to get what they need. The user interface uses standard elements – anyone who knows how to work with Windows or Office will be right at home.

Processes are a series of deliberate steps that build on each other. And so can Fusio. If the order is to be automatically created after the order is confirmed and forwarded to the head of the relevant centre for processing, this is not a problem. You set everything up in Fusio, and if you need to change anything, it’s quick and easy.

For optimal process flow, it is important to inform employees in a timely manner about new situations or new tasks. Set up email notifications for your employees or have regular reports sent to you from individual agendas. Skillfully set up reports can keep an eye on everything in the company and you can focus on what is important to you.

In Fusio, you can easily set the permissions of individual users according to their role in the company – whether it is access to data, the ability to edit, delete, add or open attachments, or even export. A detailed history is kept for all operations, so you can trace back and revert to the original state. This includes the ability to restore deleted records.

For most business processes, management through lists and edit forms is optimal. In some cases, however, it is advisable to use a different form, for example, a calendar view is clearer for a holiday plan.

Fusio also allows the creation of specialized modules that can be fully integrated into the user interface. We will be happy to design a module according to your requirements to best suit your needs. But you can also create it yourself thanks to the ready-made interface.
