Information on the processing of personal data<\/span><\/b><\/p>

This document provides information on the way personal data is processed at ANTS spol.s r.o., registered office Olomouck\u00e1 3419\/9, 618 00 Brno, ID 26902711, VAT CZ26902711 and about the rights related to them.
The information below mainly concerns suppliers, customers and persons with whom our company has dealt or is dealing and job applicants. <\/span><\/p>

The company ANTS spol. s r.o. holds the following information about the above mentioned persons: <\/span><\/b><\/p>

Identification and contact details of contact and authorised persons – in particular name, surname, e-mail<\/span> email, telephone, job title, employer name, titles provided to us for <\/span> for the purpose of contract negotiation, contract conclusion, contract performance and follow-up service, CV and <\/span> other data provided for the purpose of the selection procedure, etc.<\/span><\/p>

We collect this data to the extent necessary.<\/span><\/p>

The data is used in the following way:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

The data is primarily used for communication leading to the conclusion of the contract, the implementation of the delivery, ensuring training and smooth operation of the software and meeting legal requirements, including invoicing.
This data has been provided to us in the contract or directly in person from contact or authorized persons.
The data was provided voluntarily, but without it it would not have been possible to implement the solution we delivered. <\/span><\/p>

The data provided in the CV is used for the selection process and if the candidate gives us consent, the CV is kept for one year and may be contacted with a suitable job offer.<\/span><\/p>

If a specific customer representative gives us consent, his\/her name is used in our references.<\/span><\/p>

In addition, our company sends marketing communications and training email courses.
Provided that you are an existing customer, it is possible that we will send you information about news related to the solution you have purchased or ask you for feedback, without prior consent, which the law and the General Regulation allow us to do.
If you are not our customer, we will first ask for consent before sending these communications. <\/span><\/p>

You are not obliged to give all of the above consents and if you do, you may withdraw them at any time by sending an email to <\/span>ants@ants.cz <\/span>or by telephone at<\/span> 544503144<\/span><\/b>, or if you have given us consent via the internet in the newsletter application, you can withdraw it anyway.<\/span><\/p>

The data you provide in the course of the e-mail communication will remain stored on the e-mail server.<\/span><\/p>

Our website contains links to the websites of other companies listed as our references.
ANTS spol. s.r.o. is not responsible for the protection of personal data or the content of other companies’ websites, so we recommend that you read the information about the processing of personal data provided on the websites you visit. <\/span><\/p>

How long do we keep your data?<\/span><\/b><\/p>

The company ANTS spol. s.r.o. stores the above-mentioned personal data for the period of time determined by legal regulations and legitimate interests of the company, or for the period of consent.
After the expiry of the respective periods, the data is deleted. <\/span><\/p>

Your contact information is held for the duration of our cooperation and then for the time necessary for any claims or for the purpose of defending legal claims.
If the employment of the contact or authorised person is terminated, he\/she is entitled to ask us to delete or update the data. <\/span><\/p>

The information provided on tax documents is kept for 10 years from the last closed period or for a longer period if required by other legal regulations, i.e. for as long as the company’s accounts may be subject to financial control.<\/span><\/p>

The CV we keep for future selection procedures is processed one year after the last unsuccessful selection procedure.<\/span><\/p>

What information do we need about you? How can you influence the processing of your data? <\/span><\/b><\/p>

In order to fulfil the contract and ensure the smooth running of the solution provided, we need to communicate with you, so we need your identification and contact details for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>

In addition, we hold contact information for a predetermined period of time for persons with whom we have dealt in the past – there is a legitimate interest in developing our business here and the detriment to other business people or company representatives of holding their contact information is minimal, as it is reasonable to expect that it is in their interest to hold similar contacts.
There is of course the possibility to object to this processing by sending an email to <\/span>ants@ants.cz<\/span> or by phone at <\/span>544503144<\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

For the publication of references to our solutions, we ask for your written consent, which you are not obliged to give and, if you do, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us at the above-mentioned contacts.<\/span><\/p>

In the event of a check by the gatekeepers during a visit to our company, the gatekeepers may request basic identification information, we consider this verification to be our legitimate interest.
In balancing the legitimacy of our company’s interests against the harm to your rights, we have assessed that our company is entitled to carry out these activities. <\/span><\/p>

To whom does ANTS spol. s r.o.? <\/span><\/b><\/p>

Our company shares the above selected data with STAND CZ spol.
s r.o. to ensure the smooth running of deliveries and possible services, as well as with our contracted carriers for the transport of goods and with GetResponse, through which we provide marketing communication. <\/span><\/p>

Your other rights<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Your data is processed transparently, fairly and in accordance with the law.<\/span><\/p>

In accordance with Art.
12 of the GDPR, you can send a request and exercise your right to access your personal data and the following information about: <\/span><\/p>

  • the purpose of processing,<\/span><\/li>
  • the category of personal data concerned,<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed,<\/span><\/li>
    • the planned period for which the personal data will be stored,<\/span><\/li>
    • the source of the personal data, unless it is obtained directly from you,<\/span><\/li>
    • whether automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      If you discover or believe that we are processing your personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of your private and personal life or contrary to the law, you can ask us for an explanation, for rectification of the data or for deletion.
      The above rights can be exercised by sending an e-mail to <\/span>ants@ants.cz<\/span> or by phone at <\/span>544503144<\/span><\/b>.
      However, the right to erasure does not apply in cases where we are required to process your data by law. However, other data will be irreversibly deleted and it will no longer be possible to provide any services or send training email courses.You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or in court.
